Organic diet dramatically lowers glyphosate levels

Today we want to take a look at the benefits of organic farming.

A study, published in the journal ENVIRONMENTAL RESEARCH, is one of the first that documents a dramatic decline of glyphosate in the human body after a change to an organic diet. The study investigated the impact of an organic diet intervention on levels of glyphosate and its main metabolite, AMPA (aminomethyl phosphonic acid), in urine collected from adults and children.

Glyphosate levels dropped quickly just a few days after the study participants began their transition to an all-organic diet. On average, the levels of glyphosate and its breakdown product aminomethyl phosphonic acid fell by more than 70 percent in both children and adults, with reductions seen after just three days of an organic diet.

As you can see, the utilization of organic agri methods plays a crucial role in human health.
